2. Project work
Any software, audit, implementation, support or other project work is provided only under a separate written agreement. That agreement will define the parties, scope, fees, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, confidentiality, security, intellectual-property rights, service levels, limitations of liability and governing law.

You may use the site for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, probe it without authorisation, submit malicious code or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the service.

The AmanahLabs name, site design, text, software-related materials and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No right is granted except the limited right to use this website. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse their content or practices.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.
